1. Service Description

Find Your KOL is a platform for discovering YouTube influencers (Key Opinion Leaders) by keywords, tracking their channel growth, and managing outreach via a built-in CRM. The service uses third-party scraping and YouTube API data to provide channel analytics.

2. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

3. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed via cryptocurrency payments processed by NowPayments. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature.
  • No refunds are available once a payment has been confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You choose when to renew.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond its intended use.
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained through the service without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the API or exceed your plan limits.
  • Harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk messages to creators discovered through the platform.

5. Data Accuracy

Channel statistics, subscriber counts, and growth metrics are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. YouTube may change its API or data availability at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Your KOL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
